- The Berlin-based DJ will perform an extended set at Plastic People next week.
First it was Prins Thomas, now it's Dixon.
Showing an uncommon dedication to the art of DJing in an age where two-hour sets are the norm, Plastic People will offer up punters the chance over the next two weeks to see a duo of top-flight DJs play extended sets. First up—as RA previously reported—is Prins Thomas, who will take to the decks this coming weekend.
Next up will be Innervisions label boss Dixon, who will channel the energy of his Innercity nights, which have become the stuff of legend among Berlin clubbers. Digging deep into his crates, expect the deep house merchant to bring out some tunes that he only plays on very special occasions—and maybe even a preview of some of the blends that you'll hear on his forthcoming mix CD.
