Ramp Recordings will release the psychedelic beatsmith's next album in April.
Cupp Cave will release a new album in April called Retina Waves.
Real name François Boulanger, Cupp Cave is a Belgian producer whose records put a shoegaze spin on hip-hop and slo-mo house. This makes him a perfect fit for Ramp Recordings, the London label that's home to artists like Dro Carey and FaltyDL. Boulanger will make his Ramp debut with Retina Waves, following releases on smaller labels like Vlek and Brussels' Thin Consolation. The album shows his sound continuing to develop, mostly leaving behind the syncopated rhythms of his past records for something more washed out and 4/4 based.
