Tri Angle will release the Mancunian producer's first full-length in August.
Holy Other will release his first album, Held, on August 28th.
The anonymous Manchester producer first emerged in 2010 with a split cassette release and a 7-inch on Transparent containing "Yr Love," which was carried over to his debut EP With U, released through Robin Carolan's Tri Angle imprint. The same label will release Holy Other's debut full-length, containing nine previously unreleased tracks. Judging from first single Love Some1, it looks like the LP continues Holy Other's brand of languid, downbeat music, heavy on synths and R&B vocal samples, which RA's Phillip Sherburne described as an "agonizingly slow-motion techno crawl." Holy Other will play handful of live dates over the European summer festival season in the lead-up to the release of the album.
