Due out in November, the release will feature tracks from Oliver Huntemann, Extrawelt and dubspeeka.
Ideal Audio will release a two-disc compilation titled 5ünf-Five Years Ideal Audio on November 28th.
The record label was set up in 2008 as a means to showcase Oliver Huntemann and Jan Langer's love for dark, powerful techno. As part of the imprint's milestone celebrations, the label founders have compiled 25 tracks of new and old material. The unmixed first disc, labelled "Future," will showcase exclusive cuts from the likes of Dubspeeka, Avatism & Jeremy P. Caulfield and label staple André Winter. The second disc ("Past") has been mixed by André Winter, who works through a selection of classics from the label's back catalogue. Sebrok's "Lincoln Road", Extrawelt's "Never Ever Disko Tricks" and inaugural single "Dios," courtesy of Dubfire & Oliver Huntemann, all feature. To accompany the release, Huntemann et al. will embark on a world tour, taking in shows in Hamburg, Lyon and São Paulo among others.
