- Permanent Vacation will issue the Irish artist's second full-length in late October.
Mano Le Tough has revealed details for his second album, Trails, which is scheduled for an October 30th release.
The Irish DJ and producer, real name Niall Mannion, has seen his profile skyrocket since his debut LP Changing Days landed on Munich's Permanent Vacation two and a half years ago. In 2014 alone, he notched more than 100 gigs around the world, and put out his only solo release between the two full-lengths: Tempus, a three-track EP on Maeve.
Trails marks a return to Permanent Vacation. According to a press release, Mannion initially conceived it in those hours spent on the road between gigs, and then put it together amid a "flood of inspiration" during a wintertime break in Switzerland, where he would split his time taking long runs near Lake Zu¨rich and working in the studio. The album is described as a further refining of the melodic, pop-inflected house—featuring his own vocals—that Mannion has become known for, with nods toward the dance floor and away from it. It'll come on double-vinyl, CD and digital formats.
