The Berlin-based techno duo have six gigs confirmed, starting this weekend.
Cassegrain are about to head out for a few weeks of US touring.
The Berlin-based duo just launched a new label, Arcing Seas (which is also the alias they'd previously used to release two records on Our Circula Sound), with a new EP. They're also due to appear, by themselves and alongside frequent collaborator Tin Man, on upcoming compilation releases from Killekill, Infrastructure New York and Semantica.
On this, their longest stateside tour to date, Cassegrain will first bring their intense, atmospheric take on techno to Brooklyn Friday night for an Aphotic and Lost Soul Enterprises party, where Dungeon Acid is billed, before heading to Denver to play Nocturnal's two-year anniversary party on Saturday—Coward, AKA John Templeton and Radere will also play that one.
Up next, Friday the 27th, is Sante Fe for Meow Wolf Memorial Weekend. Then on Sunday the 29th, Cassegrain will hit Detroit for Blank Code and Droid Behavior's Movement afterparty, also featuring Perc, Adam X and Headless Horseman. Stops in early June in San Francisco, for a night with Direct to Earth and Surface Tension, and Dallas (details still TBA) finish off the tour.
