A short visit to North America is coming up for the German DJ.
Efdemin will head out on a three-night run of North American dates later this month.
The Berlin DJ, producer and longtime Dial label affiliate will first touch down in Montreal on Friday, September 16th for a late night at Stereo. Also booked at that one, and playing live, is Vril, a low-key techno artist from Hannover who's released on Giegling and Delsin. Efdemin will then play Washington DC's Flash that Saturday, before swinging through Brooklyn for a free Sunday night party at Output, where he splits the bill with Scissor & Thread man Francis Harris.
While he hasn't put out a solo record since 2014's Decay LP for Dial, Efdemin has a track on Sushitech's Tessera II compilation, which is about to drop, and he's remixed Sebastian Mullaert on a Kontra-Musik 12-inch that's set for release November. He also contributed to Infrastructure New York's Facticity compilation, from a few months ago—listen to that cut, "Kassiber."
