Life And Death is releasing another volume of its Displaced Soundtracks series.
Displaced Soundtracks, which debuted in 2017, invites artists to create soundtracks for "imaginary short movies," moving away from the usual techno and house focus of the label. According to label founder DJ Tennis, each "score is a translation of our imagination, memories and emotions into music, with no protocols."
As with the first volume, Displaced Soundtracks Vol. 2 reaches outside Life And Death's usual roster, comprising new tracks from Midland, Isolee, Vatican Shadow, DJ Nobu, Scuba and more.
