- Long Stories, the follow-up to April's Fear In A Handful Of Dust, is out next month on his label Nomark.
Amon Tobin has announced a new album, Long Stories, on his own label Nomark.
The LP is meant to act as a companion piece to this April's Fear In A Handful Of Dust, which was the Brazilian producer's first full-length in eight years. According to the press release, much of Long Stories was made with only one instrument—a broken Suzuki Omnichord, a 1980s instrument originally designed to be an electronic autoharp substitute.
Tobin describes the lead single, "One Shy Morning," as "the sound of Margot Robbie riding a unicorn into the sun right before the world explodes and all that's left is a ghost of love."
This year also saw Tobin launch his own imprint, Nomark, which has so far released records by his aliases Two Fingers and Only Child Tyrant.
