Omar Souleyman has announced a new album for Mad Decent.
Out November 22nd, Shlon, meaning "how" or "which color" in Arabic, will feature six "techno-meets-dabke" tracks, with contributions from Syrian keyboardist Hasan Alo, saz player Azad Salih and lyricist Moussa Al Mardood.
This is the wedding singer's second album for Diplo's label, following 2017's To Syria, With Love. Previously, Souleyman also released LPs through Monkeytown (2015's Bahdeni Nami) and Domino (2013's Wenu Wenu, produced by Four Tet).
