  • Women-led organisation Lady Of The House is hosting an exhibition in Bristol from March 8th through 12th. Following the release of the coffee-table book celebrating women in dance music, the team is heading to local arts venue Lost Horizon. Coinciding with International Women's Day, the exhibition will be available in-person and via livestream. Though the full programme is still TBA, there will be workshops, readings, panels, DJ/production classes, art installations and a party. The party will be the first in a series of Lady Of The House events across the UK, with shows in Bournemouth, Sheffield, Southampton, Manchester and London also in the works. Lady Of The House has also collaborated with V&A Dundee and designer Jenny Elliott to create a "Women In Club Culture" music map and limited-edition art piece, which will be on sale at the exhibition. Featuring exclusive interviews with legends like Barbara Tucker, Jocelyn Brown, Ellen Allien and Candi Staton, the Lady Of The House book is still available to buy here. Check out the "Women In Club Culture" piece.
